BOOKING DETAILS

Once a class is booked, you will receive an email containing a link to the Pre-Class Student Form within 24 business hours. The form includes our availability calendar. Once you confirm your desired day and time, you will receive a Zoom link for your session. A reminder email will be sent 24-48 hours before your scheduled session. Sessions days and times are booked on a first come first serve basis regardless of the order payment was received. Availability is based on who selects the day and time FIRST.  It is your responsibility to check your email and complete the booking process in a timely manner. If we do not receive the completed form within 5 business days, you may be at risk of your booking being cancelled. Please view Cancellation information below.

Any applicable templates, class information or supply lists will be sent via email prior to your session. Any materials or resources provided to students before, during or after a class may not be altered, redistributed or sold. They are for your personal use only.

DEPOSIT/PAYMENT POLICY

You are allowed to pay a $20 deposit to secure a 1-on-1 class booking. You will be invoiced for the remaining balance which will be due 48 hours before your scheduled session. If you fail to pay by the due date, your invoice will automatically be voided and your session will be cancelled. Please be advised, deposits may NOT be an available option during promotions/sales.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

If, for any reason, you must cancel your session please notify us via email at likeaproacademy@gmail.com as soon as possible. Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled session are eligible to be rescheduled without penalty. Deposits are non-refundable BUT are transferrable ONE TIME. If you wish to cancel a session altogether and the full payment has been made, your payment will be refunded minus a $20 convenience fee. We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to lack of communication or any form of student to instructor disrespect. If we have to cancel your booking, you will be refunded minus a $20 convenience fee.
